At Cadette Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original Cadette packaging and a padded mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the item for its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
